With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Edgar Emmerling of Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 28, 2020 at the age of 83. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Edgar Emmerling to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara; and his brother Frank Emmerling. He is survived by: his children, Diane Mey (Mike), Trish Peterson (Eric), Katie McCormick (Bill), David Emmerling (Mary) and Ed Emmerling (Kathleen); and his siblings, Joe Emmerling, Margie Fetterolf, Ruth Jordan, Aileen Wunderlich, Alice Klawinski, Patricia Butler and Charles Emmerling. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and many nieces, nephews, in-laws, and treasured extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the Fr. John Haney Angel Fund which provides tuition aid for students of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin's school.
