She was predeceased by: her spouse Charles R. Kelly; her sibling Frank Mikush; and her parent Frank Mikush. She is survived by: her children, Cathleen Richter (Peter), Margaret Rosky (Robert), Debra Kolson (Christopher) and Patricia Embree (James); her grandchildren, Nicole Rosky, Rebecca Rosky, Shane Kolson, Amanda Kolson, Kenna Embree and Kelton Embree; her siblings, Anthony Mikush, Raymond Mikush, Victoria Rogulski, Victor Mikush, Walter Mikush, William Mikush, Albert Mikush, Edward Mikush, Joseph Mikush and Tillie Antonich; her siblings-in-law, Veronica Austin and Treasured; and her parent Agnes Mikush. She is also survived by four granddaughters and two grandsons.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in support of Vincentian Marian Manor.
