The memory of Ruth J. Walk of Castanea, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 31, 2025 at the age of 80, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Calvin Dershem and Virginia Dershem (Egan); her daughter Coleen Renee Walk; and her siblings, Joyce Bressler and Elmer.
She is survived by: her children, Calvin E. Walk (Tammy) of Montgomery and Coreen M. Killinger (Frank) of Mill Hall; her grandchildren, Coleen and Sydney; her great grandchild Luna; and her siblings, James Dershem of Lock Haven, Marian McKean of Avis and Dorothy Reeder of Salona.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Helt Funeral Chapel (232 Hogan Blvd, Mill Hall, PA 17751). A memorial service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions can be made to the American Heart Association or the American Cancer Society (Clinton Unit) thru the funeral chapel.
