She was predeceased by: her husband Basil Babyak; and her siblings, Rose Marie Kemp (McConnell), Anna Stoltz, James and Clarence "Pete" Storm.
She is survived by: her siblings, Helen Orgavan, Catherine Ball, Joan Farabaugh (Ed), William Storm (Dee), Betty Jo Raver (Paul), John Storm (Patsy), Bob Storm (Loretta), Ed Storm (Theresa) and Denny Storm (Rose); and her sister-in-law Mary Storm. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
