She is survived by: her children, LouAnn Patterson, Stanley Gwizdak (Sandra) of Charlotte, NC, Richard Gwizdak (Rebecca), Ronald Gwizdak (Tonya) and Wayne Gwizdak (Denise). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a great-great-grandson.
