Scalise III; his stepmother Tracy Scalise of Munhall; his wife Erika Scalise (Durkalski); his son Zachary MJ Scalise Jr.; his siblings, Logan Yetsick, Mekayla Scalise, Allison Scalise, Savana Scalise, Michael Crist, Nora Yetsick and Olivia Yetsick; his grandparents, Chuck, Sandra Lacey and Leonard Scalise Jr. (late Catherine); his stepfather George Yetsick (Andrea Ohler); and the mother of his child Melissa Howard. He was also cherished by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
