He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clarke and Florence Clarke (Reid). He is survived by: his wife Kay Downey-Clarke; his children, Perry Clarke (Juliet), Samantha Clarke and Penny Clarke (Gregory Johnson); his grandchildren, Theodore Johnson and Eleanor Johnson; his stepchildren, Rita Downey Melvin (Chris), Colleen Mitchell (Raymond), Tim Downey, Jr. and Dan Downey; his stepgrandchildren, Sheila Mitchell, Kimberly Mitchell, Alexandra Melvin and Sean Melvin; and his cousin Sir John Wilson Clarke (Anna).
