He was predeceased by: his son Vince Reda, Jr.; his brother Joe; his foster parents, Katherine Crossey and Michael Crossey; and his foster brother Edward Crossey.
He is survived by: his children, Carol Neiport, Mary Ann and David DeWitt; his grandchildren, Joshua Neiport, Anita Barlett (Jason), Vincent W. Reda, Adam Neiport (Heather) and Michael Reda; his great grandchildren, Layla and Gwendolyn Barlett; his siblings, Thomas Long (Barbara), Jane Lucas (David), Bernard Long (Gloria), Alberta Kaczmerchak (late William), Cora Mae Guskey (late Bernard), Edward F. and Raymond Long; and his foster brothers, James Crossey, Anthony "Bud" Crossey, Eugene Crossey and Michael Crossey.
