It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Hoffman of Carnegie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Hoffman and Harriet Hoffman; and her sister Theresa Dominick. She is survived by: her siblings, Harriet Smaltz, Anthony (Richard Hoffman) and Paul (Charlotte Hoffman). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
