It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teodoro Ilam Cabacungan Jr. of Carnegie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 12, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Irene Cabacungan; and his siblings, Richard Cabacungan, Jet Cabacungan, Marcelina Cabacungan and Irene Quiocho.
He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Richards and Teodoro Cabacungan, III; his grandchildren, Jeremy, Brandon, Gabrielle, Kyle, Kole, Kory, Keith and Kiera; and his girlfriend Mary Lou Long.
