He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Charles, Dorthy Riley (Malmsberry), Edwin and Dorothy Hough (Stevens); and his aunt Lonna Firl (Hough).
He is survived by: his wife Julia; his parents, Gary Hough and Patricia Hough (Riley) of Beloit, Ohio.; his family Steve; his sister Susan Anstine-Barr (Kris); his in-laws, Ken and Sylvia Moyer; his siblings-in-law, Ken Moyer (Laurie) and Lori MacArthur (Damon); and his friends, Bruno, Jennifer Manypenny and Dominic Mecchia.
