With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Sandra L. Mixter of Carnegie, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Charles A Mixter; and her children, Charles Mixter, Jr., Jeffrey Mixter (Laurie), Lori Lindsey (Aaron Pedraza), Tammy Smith (John Hickey) and Ronald Mixter, Sr. (late Sue). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren. Family will be receiving friends.
