It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert J Mitchell of Carnegie, Pennsylvania, born in Washington, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 13, 2022, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Mitchell of Patton, PA and Dorothy Fontenoy Mitchell of Clearfield, PA.. He is survived by: his close friend Jane Malmgren; his children, Jim Mitchell (Tricia) of Foxboro, MA and Monica Mitchell Day; his grandchildren, Mary Martha Mitchell and Caleb James Mitchell; his niece Cherie Moyer (Lytle); his nephew Dennis Lytle II; and his sister Joan Lytle (Mitchell). He is also survived by five grand nieces and nephews; and one brand new great grand niece.
Sadly the pandemic robbed him of this, and he missed connecting with his crew there very much.
