She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Craig Moran I and Betty Romaine McCalmon (Bowen); and her siblings, Airman Edgar Craig Moran II and Mildred Moran Rivera. She is survived by: her husband Carl David Harvey; her sisters, Sondra Moran Ferris and Charlotte; her sister-in-law Mindy; her children, Ronald Moran (Jen), Amanda Kolle Connor and Franni (Tom); her nieces, Katie (Robert) and Samantha; and her grandchildren, Xavier, Paige, Amar'a, Aleah, Savoun Jaxon, Izaya, William, Nathaniel and Harley.
