He was predeceased by: his parents, William Kelly and Betty Kelly. He is survived by: his siblings, Kevin, Brian, Barry, Rory, Brendan and Colleen. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“Morgan and I worked together for the past few years. His fun-loving attitude made the jobs enjoyable. As Union Carpenters, we always have a Union Family Picnic at Kennywood. Morgan didn't want to go himself, so the past couple years, he would meet my family on the day of the picnic and give us his free tickets and food coupons. My family appreciated his kindness. We had our disagreements, but he always had my back when I needed help and he always stuck up for me when I made a mistake. I'm going to sorely miss how fun he made the work day.
