With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Michael Stefanchik (Carnegie, Pennsylvania), who passed away on December 10, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen Stefanchik; and his daughter Susan Valenson. He is survived by: his children, Michael Stefanchik (Michele), Kathy Carter (Ron) and Sharon Snyder. He is also survived by six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions to your favorite charity in Michael's name.
