O'Brien (Debbie), Leslie Colleen O'Brien and Matthew O'Brien (Annie); her stepsons, Stephen and John George; her sister Ethelyn Ankrom; and her grandchildren, Raymond J. O'Brien III, Andrew G. O'Brien, Jessica Latronica, Jamie O'Brien, Henrietta O'Brien, Neil G. O'Brien, Jr., Megan Veach, Olivia O'Brien, Jack and Samuel O'Brien. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
