He was predeceased by: his wife Ursula A. Pofi (Martini); his daughter Christine N. Cuddy; and his brother Ronald Pofi (late Demetra). He is survived by: his children, Louis Pofi, III (Nancy) and Susan Meindl (Eric); his grandchildren, Jared Pofi, Benjamin, Luke and Sara Meindl; and his siblings, Rose Marie Vizzini (Sal) and Richard Pofi (late Barbara).

In lieu of flowers, family suggests contribution to the St. Vincent dePaul food pantry at S.E.A.S. Church.
