He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Menke. He is survived by: his father Robert Menke (Peggy) of Bulger; his children, Hailey and Mackenzey Menke; his siblings, Robert Menke and Dena Teyssier (Jay); and his nephews, Dylan Teyssier (Samantha) and Kasey Teyssier (Alyssa). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
