He is survived by: his wife Linda Miller Lapkowicz; his daughter Cara Lapkowicz; his sister Gloria Kromke (Ron); his stepchildren, Leslie Colaizzi (Henry), Elizabeth Frederickson (Alan) and John Walz (Kate); his grandchildren, Andrew Slivka, Ellise Colaizzi, Meagan White, Michael Colaizzi, Nicholas Colaizzi, Ella Frederickson, Maia Frederickson, Lydia Walz, Avery Walz and Nathan Walz; and his great grandchildren, Ava White and Jackson Bissett. He is also survived by his cousins, nieces and nephews.
