She was predeceased by: her parents, William Spolnik and Victoria Stripp Spolnik; her siblings, William, Joe, Stanley Spolnik, Marie Tokarczyk, Jean Gwynn, Elizabeth Lange, Christine Pry and Ann Meyers; and her significant other James Campbell.
She is survived by: her children, Carla Montani (Dominic) of Eighty Four, Gary J. Campbell (Attiyah) and Kevin Campbell (Carolin) of McKees Rocks; and her grandchildren, Jason, Melissa, Terry and Hayli. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
