He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward "Jack" Donnelly and Dolores Donnelly; and his brother James Kevin Donnelly. He is survived by: his wife Pauline Donnelly; his sons, Seth Donnelly (Brandy) and Eric Donnelly; his sisters, Lorie and Melody; and his grandchildren, Logan, Preston and Kaylee.
