Moore (DeMartino); his sons, Michael Brooks, Christopher Brooks and Jacob Moore; his grandson Michael Brooks; and his siblings, Lisa Boldy (Andrew) and John Moore (Living Sharon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
