He was predeceased by: his parents, Averill B. Norton and Ethel Irvine Norton; his wife Lois Gregory Norton; his son Kenneth C. Norton; and his sister Marion Norton Dobson.
He is survived by: his son Phillip A. Norton of Picton; his grandchildren, Gabrielle Norton-Pinkerton (Chris) of Spring Hill, TN, Cole A. Norton of Stillwater, OK and Luke D. Norton of Halifax; and his sister-in-law Terry Lloyd of Houston, TX. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Charitable donations may be made to the Butler County Symphony Orchestra and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
