We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2019, at the age of 89, Catherine Formosa (Carnegie, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bertha Allard (Baldwin) and Charles H. Allard; her children, Karen Yukevich (Michael), Cathy Lutes (Robert), Carol Swank (Gregory), Cynthia Allingham (Robert) and Michael Formosa (Lorraine); and her great grandchildren, Luke and Ben.
