He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jo Anne L. Regan (Shafer) and John Patrick Regan; his sisters, Carolyn, Diana, Mary Budd (Barry) and Jennifer (Matt); and his nieces and nephews, Nicholas, Kali Bunecicky, Jack Budd and Rowan Rettinger.
