He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert F. Watson and Mabel M. Watson (Tanner). He is survived by: his wife Dolores E. Watson (Lutes); his son Mark W. Watson (Melissa) of Holly Springs; his stepchildren, Annette Roberts of Carmichaels, Janet Schamp of Somerset and Edward Janco (Tonya) of Georgetown; his grandchildren, Lyra Watson, Samantha Watson, Jacob Watson, Alizah Roberts, Carlee Roberts, James Schamp (Constance), Christina Schamp, Preston Janco and Kenney Janco; his great grandchild Emmett William Schamp; his sisters, Betty Mae Waggett of Carmichaels and Jean Marie Keener (Jack) of Greensboro; his son William L. Watson, Jr.; his great grandchild Rowan Edward Schamp; his brother Robert L. Watson; his nephew Jack K. Waggett; and his brother-in-law Donald Leroy Waggett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to UPMC Children's Hospital, Pittsburgh, Pa.
