Homistek of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Homistek and Mabel Homistek (Riffle). He is survived by: his wife Jeri Prodan; his daughter Holly C. Bandish (Pia) of Pittsburgh; and his siblings, Bernie Homistek of McClellandtown, Blaine Homistek (Anita) of McClellandtown, Marty Homistek (Jamie) of West Sunbury, Caroline Dvorchak (Ed) of Bluffton and S. C. (Cathy Wruck). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society, Cumberland American Legion Post 400 or to the Washington (Pa.) Area Humane Society.
