It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William G. Kerr Sr. of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Ronco, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 6, 2020, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Guy and Ethel Kerr (Fox); and his spouse Carmen M. Shanto (Quintana). He is survived by: his children, William G. Kerr, Jr. (Tonnie) of Mount Union, Diana L. Kerr and Donna K. Waine (Fred) of Waynesburg; the mother of his children Anna Kerr of Carmichaels; his stepson John David Shanto (Joy) of Willoughby, Ohio; his grandchildren, Dawn M. Clark (Tony), Vaughn L. Mankey (Celina) and Freddie Waine (Bre); his stepgrandchildren, Melanie Snyder, Christopher Shanto, Jamie Shanto, Shennon Shanto and Jacob Shanto; his son Frederick Kerr; his siblings, James Kerr, Lindsay Kerr and Irene Burke; and his stepson Michael Curtis Shanto. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Wounded Warriors or to CBM Ministries.
