He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Haas and Mae E. Haas (McMillen). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Lear; and his sisters, Dianne Collins (Charles) of Lockhaven and Judith Gale O'Shaughnessey (Phillip) of Tamaque. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
