He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph LaRosa and Katherine LaRosa (Farrier). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl A. Smith; his children, Thomas E. LaRosa, Jr. and Tammy Lynn Jenkins (Butch) of Uniontown; his grandchildren, Jesse Jenkins and Jenna Jenkins; and his sister Kathy Kiger of Rogersville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Greene County, 183 Jefferson Road, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
