He was predeceased by: his parents, Welton S. Waters and Levada Waters (Johnston). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Ann Sassano; his sons, Roger Waters (Amy) of Laurel and Del (Aaron Waters); his grandchildren, Luke Waters, Lilly Waters, Cadet Cade Waters and Erika Waters; his siblings, David Waters of East Millsboro and Linda Holton of Bay Village, Ohio; his close friend Jack Conner of East Millsboro; and his siblings-in-law, Sherry Waters and David Holton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
