It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sybil A. Hartley of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Ava, Missouri, who passed away on August 4, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuel Sell and Edna M. Sell (Brown); and her husband Chester Wade Hartley. She is survived by: her daughter Lorna Larson (Keith) of Carmichaels; her granddaughters, Sarah Traylor (Ethan), Elizabeth Fischer (Caleb) and Priscilla Marasco (Benjamin); her great grandchildren, Alan, Vincent and Sylvia Traylor; her sister Elda Layman of Springfield; her nephew Chris Douglas (Georgia); and her niece Cindy Fehlauer (Donald).
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Greene Valley Presbyterian Church, PO Box 363, Carmichaels, PA 15320.
