He is survived by: his wife Joyce Elaine Kerr; his children, Cassy Fortney Brumley (Ronald) of Carmichaels and Brian Keith Fortney (Carol) of Carmichaels; his grandchildren, Katie Fortney of Oklahoma City, Lauren Fortney of Oklahoma City, Okla and Bodyn Alexander Fortney of Carmichaels; his stepgreat-grandchild Blakley Keegan Fabean; his sister-in-law Kimberly Sue Kerr Virgili (Robert) of Carmichaels; his sisters, Paulett Newman (Dean) of Carmichaels and Lee Ann Hukans (Dan) of Los Angeles, Cal.; his stepsister Margaret Fortney of Carmichaels; his sister-in-law Joyce Fortney of Carmichaels; his brother Paul Gerald Fortney; and his stepparents, Jack Lee Perry and Mildred Fortney. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
