Phillips, David Phillips (Diane), George Phillips, Timothy Phillips (Pam), Vernon Randall and Gary Phillips (Henry); and also, Joseph Buday and Lucy Buday.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Multiple Sclerosis Society or Geibel Catholic High School in Connellsville.
