We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2022, at the age of 54, Melvin A. Mikalik of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, John Mikalik and Delores B. Mikalik (Stencel). He is survived by: his daughter Crystal Grant (Steven) of Carmichaels; his grandson Steven Grant; and his siblings, Michael J. Mikalik (Anna Marie) of Carmichaels and Beatrice Ann Livengood (Jim Housel) of Crucible. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
