He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Delmar Wayne and Esther Pratt (Sicklesmith); his siblings, Russell Pratt (Virginia) of Greensboro and Tammy Kennedy (Robert) of Mount Morris; and his girlfriend Lisa Teagarden of Fairmont.
