He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle L. Shaffer and Pearl E. Shaffer (Clark). He is survived by: his wife Annetta J. Hill; his son Lloyd R. Shaffer, III (Sheila) of Carmichaels; his granddaughter Alexa K. Shaffer; his siblings, Ricky L. Shaffer (Joy) of Masontown, Vicky L. Novak of Greensboro, Merle E. Shaffer and Darlene; and his brothers-in-law, Dave Phillips and Jeffrey J. Novak. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society of Greene County, 183 Jefferson Road, Waynesburg, PA 15370.
