She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Phyllis June Nelson (Eberheart) and Charles S. Nelson Sr.; her uncle Charles S. "Chuckie" Nelson Jr.; her aunt Susan Shea (Nelson); her grandparents, Joann Rahl (Goe) and Richard Rahl; and her aunts and uncles, Richard "Dickie" Rahl, Robert "Reba" Rahl, Linda Mains (Rahl) and Deborah K. Duvall (Rahl).
She is survived by: her parents, Barry Rahl and Janis Rahl (Nelson); her husband Donald "Ryan" Decker; her children, Kimm, Kody Ryan Decker (Allison) of Midlothian and Logan Ryan Decker (Brooke) of Dilliner; her granddaughters, Elena Marie Decker, Jacie Ryan and Viviana James Decker; her sister Kelly Ann Bupka (William); her nieces and nephews, Kaylin Grace Bupka and Cannon Anthony Bupka of Carmichaels; her stepgranddaughter Joya Canfield of Rockville; and also, Barry and Janis Rahl. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, and many special, life-long friends.
