He was predeceased by: his father Edward J. "Butch" Bogucki. He is survived by: his mother Karen Bogucki (Headlee) of Carmichaels; his sons, Joshua E. Bogucki (Morgan Simkovic) of Carmichaels and Garrett R. Bogucki of Carmichaels; his brother Joseph E. Bogucki (Candace) of Carmichaels; the mother of his children Pamela Voithofer of Carmichaels; and his close friend Michelle Kapp of Rices Landing. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and numerous cousins and friends.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the ALS Association Western Pa.
