He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Siko and Josephine S. Siko (Bryan). He is survived by: his wife Danielle L. Barish; his siblings, James E. Siko (Wendy) of Morgantown, Barbara Budziak (Lee) of Alvaton, Karen Siko of Albuquerque and N. Mex; his nieces and nephews, Justin Siko, Jason Siko, Regan Siko, Jeff Budziak (Lauren), Jackie Gilbert (Jeff) and Matthew Cessna (Hannah); his sisters-in-law, Cheri Barish and Brandy Cessna (William); and his mother-in-law Carol Barish.
The family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Carmichaels & Cumberland Township Volunteer Fire, PO Box 123, Carmichaels, PA 15320.
