It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Israel Ward Jr. of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Nemacolin, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 1, 2024, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Ward, Sr.; and his siblings, Booker T. Ward, Andrew J. Ward (Ethel Mae), Franklin R. Ward, Thomas Jefferson Ward (Helen) and Stella J. Moses (Tommy).
He is survived by: his wife Audrey Christine; his sister Willianne Lee Lewis (Tex) of Houston; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Ward of Laurel and Blanche Ward of Plant City, Fla.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
