He was predeceased by: his parents, John Thomas "Jay" Knight and Ina Taylor Knight; and his sister Vada Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Ferne C. Knight; and his children, Jay Knight of Masontown, PA, Debbie Lee Tustin of Hundred, Diane Edwards of Washington, PA and Debra Chain of Ridgefield, CT. He is also survived by six grandchildren.
