It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Andrew Riess Jr. of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Natrona Heights, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 8, 2020, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Wilma Eileen (Johnston). He is survived by: his children, George A. Riess, III (Bobby) of Melrose, Fla., C. Wade Riess (Kelly) of Roscoe, Beth Ann Higginbotham (Keith) of Spraggs, Donna Ratulowski of Camp Hill, Deborah Fox and Gary E. Fox; and his siblings, Betty Jane Bollinger, Peggy Shaffer, Lewis and John Riess. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
