She was predeceased by: her parents, David S. Hall and Laura Hall (Layman); and her husband Grant E. Franks. She is survived by: her sons, David G. Franks (Catherine) of Rices Landing and Michael S. Franks of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Jessica C. Popernack, Michael S. Franks, Jr. and Heidi N. Owen; her great grandchildren, Willow Grace Owen and Wilson Grant Owen; and her siblings, Delmas Hall of Adah, James Hall (Joyce) of Adah and Linda Zigler (Butch) of Carmichaels. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, April 27th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Yoskovich Funeral Home (300 S Vine St, Carmichaels, PA 15320). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
