Fred Clark Sr. Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Fred Clark Sr. of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, born in Sewickley, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 6, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred L. Clark and Harriett Kathleen Clark Haywood (Frederick); his wife Mary E. Zappone; and his daughter Christine Elizabeth Clark. He is survived by: his children, Fred C. Clark, Jr. (Jennifer) of Carmichaels, Michael Clark (Marcie) of Greensboro and Ruth Ann Clark of Carmichaels; his grandchildren, Fred C. Clark, III, Gabrielle Clark, Aliceon Clark, Noah Clark, Nathanial Shaffer and Paul Shaffer, Jr.; and his sister Kathleen L. Vidunas of Indiana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Due to the current restrictions during the pandemic and the family's request, face masks and social distancing will be required in the church.
