She was predeceased by: her parent Joseph Klimek. She is survived by: her parent Rose Kois Klimek; her spouse Francis S. Putila Sr.; her children, Frank Putila Jr. (Karen) of Charleston, S. C., Maribeth Fugozzotto (Sam) of Uniontown and Joseph Putila Sr. (Patty) of Carmichaels; her grandchildren, Matthew Putila (Jodi), Ann Manning (William), Joe Putila Jr., Derek Putila (Siara), Peter Putila and Michael Putila; her great grandchildren, Liam Manning, Leah, Carissa, Niko and Nicholas Putila; and her siblings, Stella Sertich of Carmichaels, Bill Klimek of Geneva, John Klimek of Carmichaels, Gerald, Joseph and Walter Klimek. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
