She is survived by: her husband Gregory Moats; her children, Courtney and Kayla Moats; her siblings, Kenny Riggin and Tina Helmick; her father Roy Helmick (Carol) of Point Marion; her fiancé David Turner; her children, Savannah Moats, Kevin Moats (Melissa) and Austin Moats; her grandchildren, Kevin J., Kayla, James Moats, Kaydin Trujillo and Elija Sayre; her stepgrandchildren, Amy, Thomas and Samantha Farally; and her siblings, Tonya Lincoln (Pete), Roy H. Helmick, II (Crystal) and Christopher J. Helmick (Missy Eicher). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
