It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Ray Haugh of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 8, 2020, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Calvin Haugh and Betty West (Bailey); his brother David Haugh of Rocky River, Ohio; his stepbrothers, Bruce Black of Rices Landing, George "Skip" Black of Jefferson, Tom West of McClellandtown, Jim West of Rices Landing and Dana West of Baltimore; his siblings, Janet Price of New Philadelphia and Randal Haugh; and his stepbrother Barry Black.
