He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dale Calvin Haugh and Betty West (Bailey); his brother David Haugh of Rocky River, Ohio; his stepbrothers, Bruce Black of Rices Landing, George "Skip" Black of Jefferson, Tom West of McClellandtown, Jim West of Rices Landing and Dana West of Baltimore; his siblings, Janet Price of New Philadelphia and Randal Haugh; and his stepbrother Barry Black.
