She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Herbert and Alice Marie Smith (Hawkins); and her husband John Weatherhead. She is survived by: her sisters, Alice Cox of Carmichaels and Anita Orr (Perry) of Weirton, WV; her nieces, Gracie Orr, Kerri Cotton and Cherish Lemmert; and her nephew Ryan Orr.
